Here's a fantastic single bedroom with double bed for an enthusiastic and kind new flatmate in our great home in Loughborough Junction (few metres away from the train station). You will share the house with four clean and tidy people, all working professionals. 

We have a big common kitchen with all the appliances (stove, 2 fridges, washing machine, microwave oven) and a lot of room to cook and enjoy some moments together. We have a nice bathroom with shower and bath tube and a balcony with view that you can access via the bathroom. Flat is nice and cosy, your room will be on the quiet side of the flat and it comes with double bed, wardrobe, a table with lamp and a chair. 

We are two girls and two guys. We are looking for a housemate, preferably working professional and non-smoker (it is allowed to smoke in the balcony though). Minimum tenancy commitment is 6 months, then it will be a 30days rolling contract.
