Please note that this flat occupies is on the fifth floor of the small apartment building and that there is no lift to the flat. The flat is furnished to a high standard and comes with wifi and a new flatscreen television. We will consider shorter lettings (3 month minimum) as well as longer term lettings. 

Please note that there are some other flats in the building (like many other buildings in London) where there have been short term lettings; however, we are not considering letting the flat for vacation lettings.
