A 5 minute walk from Hoxton overground station and 15 minute walk to Old street station, really easy to travel to central London.
We have a big south facing garden, the flat gets lots of sunlight all day. There is a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher. One toilet, one bath/shower. Spacious living room, wooden floors throughout.
This flat is the landlords only let, he is very friendly and attentive to any problems we have. Bills approx £25 pm.
