The kitchen is large with all the pots and pans and gadgets you could possibly need, with a balcony off it. It's perfect for enjoying a glass of wine when dinner is cooking. The sitting room is also big with a table and chairs and 2 comfy sofas. There is a lot of art on the walls and shelves, and plants making it feel like a little indoor garden.

The area is nice and quiet with a villagey feel about it, but just across the river from the Westend. When it's quiet you can even hear Big Ben chime. A lot of new bars and restaurants have opened in the area recently so there is always something new going on.

The Imperial War museum is a couple of minutes walk away, which has a lovely park and recreation area. There is a large Tesco 10 minutes walk from the flat, and smaller supermarkets a few minutes walk in multiple directions.

Rent is £725 per month, bills around £160 this includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, wireless broadband, tv licence and cleaner every other week.

The room is available immediately. I am looking for somebody fun and sociable to live with. My parents own the flat, so no dodgy landlords to deal with, and the deposit will be held in the security deposit scheme.

A little about me- I'm 35, and work in marketing for a media company. I have a keen interest in art, and have things I have either made or collected decorating the flat. I have upholstered some of the furniture myself too so it's very much a crafty type of home. I love to cook (and eat) so the kitchen has pretty much everything a foodie could need. I am out and about quite a lot but when I am home love to relax in front of a boxset with a glass of wine.

I have a cat who lives in the flat. She is about 8 years old, and a pretty good at purring and sitting on laps. Unfortunately she is less good at paying rent, making tea or anything useful.
