Rent: £250.00 weekly excludes other bills. We will ask for references, credit check, a months deposit (which will be placed into a Tenancy Deposit Scheme at a minimal cost) and bike key deposit.

Private Rental: As private landlords we are upfront and clear (without the surprise charges from agents). We find this route better for both parties so we can build a strong rapport through being more individually suited and helpful.
