Room in a Shared Flat, Camden Road, NW1

Really sad to leave my amazing room, but alas an opportunity for you to move in!

The room is a pretty large double, full of light ( there is a massive window ) which comes completely furnished: double bed (with a new mattress and topper), large wardrobe, shelves, bedside table and drawers. Moreover, there is plenty of storage space.

The rest of the apartment - which was completely renovated at the beginning of September- is composed by a shared large living room - there is even a big wooden table, perfect for hosting dinners with friends -, a modern kitchen (completely new, with washer/dryer and dishwasher - plus other amenities like a cheese sandwiches maker, microwave, and smoothie maker) and a pretty large bathroom.

The position of the flat is great and extremely well connected: top floor of a really nice building in Camden Road, it's only a 10-minute walk to Camden Town Station ( where you have the 24h Northen Line) and 5 min walk to Camden Road Station and its overground. But if you don't feel like walking ( or if you prefer taking the bus like I do), there is a bus stop right in front of the place with the lifesavers 29 and 253, both 24h service. If you're worried about the noise, no worries: the room faces the back, and it is incredibly quiet, both during the day and at night, so even if you're a light sleeper like I am you won't have any problem.

There is a Tesco open 24h just next door and plenty of other shops in the vicinity ( a giant Sainsbury just 10 min walk). Moreover, you'll live right in the heart of Camden, with all its pubs and amenities, but distant enough that you don't have all the noise and tourists all over the place in the weekend!

You'd be sharing the place with Michael, an extremely nice 27 years old engineer/future navy man. He travels a lot for work and works really long hours, so you won't see him that much, but when he's around ( mainly in the evening and during the weekend) he's always down for a chat/a beer/a movie.

The rent is 793£ plus bills, which come around 50 ppm - including broadband, gas, electricity, and water.

The move in date is between the 10 and 12th of December, but I'm flexible - if you have a problem with those dates we can easily find a solution.
