Room in a Shared House, Spring Walk, E1

Hello lovely people!

So, sadly I will be moving from this beautiful, peaceful and cosy DOUBLE room since I decided to take a new adventure and go to France, oh la lá! haha :) The house is located in a great area, just 5 min away from Whitechappel and Algate East tube stations and 10 min walk from Liverpool Street. It is located suuuuuuper central area, very easy to access, so your friends will be always happy to come over! 

I will be moving the 27th of August, so just in a few days, and  I am hoping to find someone kind, nice and friendly who will fit in within the house. There are 4 professionals living in the property, including myself, and we all get on very well and have nice chats daily! It does feel like home! Oh, and we have a little terrace / garden and fantastic neighbours next door, to whom I am sure you will get on well too and arrange BBQs! haha :) Rent is £750 including all bills, very good price for the area and the size of the room. 

There is of course WIFI, wachine machine, fridge and even a cook! ;-P Very confy house, you won´t miss anything!
