Room in a Shared Flat, Rotherhithe Street, SE16

We are renting the second room in this two double bedroom ground floor apartment. With views over the Thames, and a lovely area which boasts the oldest pub in London (The Mayflower) the apartment is very conveniently located, a ten minute walk to Canada Water (Jubilee & Overground) and Rotherhithe Station (Overground) two minutes away. The city is 20 minutes away, and it is fifteen minutes to Shoreditch.

There is a large lounge, with a kitchen and dining table area, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet as well as a spare bathroom with toilet. The room is high ceilinged and has a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and is south facing, benefiting from the morning sun. There is a parking bay, and small beach area to the front of the house where we sometimes have bbqs.

We are two working professionals, I am 28 and work for a charity in East London whilst my partner is 25 and a lawyer who works for a small boutique law firm in Central. We both enjoy travelling, visiting new places and doing new things, we go climbing regularly at Bermondsey Bouldering wall and try to visit places outside of London at the weekend as much as possible. We work quite hard, and are looking for somebody who respects a quiet home during the week and personal space. 

We keep a clean and tidy home, and expect everybody to clean up after themselves straight away, and pitch in cleaning the house on a weekly basis. There is no smoking in the property.

The rent is 750, including all bills. For couples, the rent is 900 including all bills.
