The living room is very big and bright. Eventhough it is in the middle of very popular area (Haggerston and close to Angel,Islington, London fields, Colombian Flower Market, Hoxton, Shoreditch allwalking distances) but it is located by Kingsland Basin so it is very nice andquite there (please google Kingsland Basin Haggerston). The bedroom does notface the canal so it is very calm and quite while sleeping.

It is a great location if you work in the city orCanary Wharf. Liverpool Street is 25/30 mins walk, Old Street is around 15 minswalk, Angel 20 mins walk, Islington 20 mins walk, London Fields 15-20 mins walk(or 10-15 mins by bicycle and similar time by bus). Canary wharf is 20 mins,Oxford Street is 30 mins by overground.

Victoria park, Shoreditch park, London Fields parksare very close by. There are gyms (Cross Fit Hackney, Britannia Leisure Centre),yoga centres (tripspace) and the canal or the parks are perfect for running becauseyou do not need to go to any road at all while running. I believe there is alsoa personal trainer centre within the building block.  

Very good restaurants, pubs and shopping centres nearby.Proud Archivist, Venezuelan Café, Berber and Q, Viet Grill, Towpath Café, SweetThursday, Duke’s Brew, Tonkotsu all within 5-10 mins walking distance. There aremany other pubs and restaurants in Dalston, Islington, Angel. Advise available onrequest. High street or boutique shopping and an antique market (if ofinterest) on Angel and Islington High Street.

This is a very safe area of London with aconcierge in reception and secure video entry phone into the building with alift.
