There is a big communal kitchen/ living area with allmod cons, coffee machine, nutribullet, Smeg range cooker and a large flat screen TV ... so great for socialising after work as you prepare a meal. Your housemates are all really friendly full time working professionals, who like nothing better than to kick back and relax after a busy days work, in this quiet and friendly house.

ALL INCLUSIVE

ALL BILLS are included within the rent; TV, gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband. The deposit is equal to one month's rent (or you can use deposit protection insurance which is equal to one weeks rent) and the ONLY additional cost is a £20 referencing fee.

There is parking right outside your front door, plus a table and chairs for sipping a glass of Prosecco alfresco.

As you would expect there is gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and warm, plus there is a modern fire alarm and emergency lighting system to keep you safe.
