The flat:

A ground floor flat in a Victorian town house that comes with a small garden at the back, wooden floors and high ceilings throughout. The landlord redecorated the whole flat less than 2 years ago so every room has a modern and clean feel.

There is a large open plan kitchen/lounge area which has ample seating, built in fireplace, dining table and chairs and a large sash window.

The kitchen has all new fittings; dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/ freezer and has wooden surfaces. There are also lots of cupboards to keep all the kitchen items.

The bathroom has a toilet and bath/shower, large mirrors on two walls, lots of cupboard space and a built in extractor fan for the shower.

Hello, I'm Adam and I've lived in the flat for 2 years. My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend so I'm looking for someone to take his room.

I work in healthcare consulting in London, I've lived in London for nearly 7 years so definitely would call it home. Like a lot of people I moved here after university along with a lot of other friends so I have a group of people that I socialise with during the week or at weekends.

My job is reasonably busy, so I'm usually home after 7 during the week, when I'm back I like to cook and listen to music in the lounge. I play tennis at the local tennis club in crouch end and swim at the pool in stoke newington. Both great areas that are nearby.
