Next door to the room has a separate large bathroom with a good powerful shower over a bath, sink, loo, cupboards etc.
The flat has a good size living room space with dining table plus sofa, TV has Roku streaming, broadband.
Kitchen is a good size, a gas hob, oven and large fridge freezer plus washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. I have all kitchen stuff including juicer, slow cooker, popcorn maker, NutriBullet etc.

My bedroom/bathroom is upstairs from main living area so lots of space and privacy for two people sharing.

I work professional hours Mon-Fri and exercise before work but like to go out towards the end of the week and at weekends. I work in public relations and enjoy my job - luckily don't have to work too many evenings or weekends, but do travel a lot so often in the week I won't be there. I enjoy running, tennis, bootcamp in the park balanced with a social life too.
Looking for short or long term flatmate that is also clean & tidy, respectful who could be up for sharing the odd meal or local pint. Happy to live with a couple too.
