Our flatmate is moving to Devon, which leaves us with a double bedroom available in this lovely quiet flat (not council), which looks onto communal gardens and is close togood transport connections.

It’s a 3-bedroom flat split over two floors, with 4th spare room with double sofa bed for guests and storage etc. There is a shared living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and a second toilet downstairs. The available room is light and airy, and comes furnished with a double bed,stylish desk, storage drawers and ware robe system. It is available from 13thof August 2017 – with flexibility around this date - the new flatmate could movein earlier or up to the 29 August if they wished.

The flat is charming, homey and gets lots of light. Decorated in pale/neutralcolours throughout and with natural wooden flooring upstairs. The building has use of lovely communal gardens that the flat overlooks, and there are relaxing views from the windows. The building has parking facilities, bike racks and a nice community feel with friendly neighbours.

Rent is £500 per month (RENT £484.00pm + WATER RATES £16pm = £500pm). Other bills, including internet, we pay directly and total approximately £75-80 per month.

We areboth in our 30’s: Kevin’s a lawyer, and David a social worker. We are looking for a housemate aged over 28, male or female, who is independent and lookingfor a friendly, relaxed flatshare. We are independent, responsible, quiet,considerate and open-minded people and are looking for a similar housemate, who wants the house to be a home, and will treat the house and housemates with respect. No smoking or pets.

Streatham High Road is a couple of minutes walk away with plenty of shops(Tesco and Cooperative round the corner), restaurants, gyms, cinema, parks,everything a stone’s throw from home, and vibrant Brixton close by.

There are also buses every few minutes to Brixton tube station (10 mins) and Central London, and also to Crystal Palace. StreathamHill train station is only a 5 minute walk, with frequent trains to ClaphamJunction (9mins), Victoria (18mins), West Croydon (22mins) and London Bridge(35mins).
