Our visa and our time in London is coming to and end, sad for us but good news for you as now there is a large furnished ensuite double room available in an awesome 3 bedroom flat in Kilburn. Sharing with 2 male sociable, working professionals (one Kiwi, one Australian) and the flat is only a few minutes walk to jubilee or overground stations.

Spacious room with sunny bay windows, large queen size bed, ensuite with shower, toilet & basin. Ample storage available including underbed drawer storage, chest of drawers and built in cupboards.

House contains:

• large modern kitchen with dishwasher,
  
• spacious lounge and dining area leading out to the back garden. 
  
• Large garden with BBQ and outdoor area - great for entertaining or relaxing in the sun
  
• central heating throughout
  
• 3 toilets, 2 full bathrooms (including ensuite)
  
• Split level flat (lounge, kitchen, one bedroom and toilet on lower level, two bedrooms (including ensuite) and additional full bathroom on upper level.
  

We really love this flat its definitely a home to us and a great place to come home and unwind.

Transport:

• Kilburn (Jubilee) tube station is a 6 minute walk, whilst Brondesbury (overground) station is an 8 minute walk. 40 minutes on Jubilee all the way to Canary wharf. There are also buses nearby.
  

Surrounding area:

•  Kilburn high road is a 6 minute walk and Queens Park (lovely for cafes and fresh produce markets) is a 15-20 min walk away. Across the road is a lawn bowls club that allows you to play a social game whenever it's open and there are cheap beers at the cash bar (it's our nearest bar)
  

Bills are £70 per person (couple = £140) a month and include:

- BT sport & Netflix
- Council tax
- cleaning and other communal products (e. g. dish washing & laundry powder etc,)
- other adhoc things e. g. cleaner

Bond for the room is £1,800 (which is 6 weeks rent) as per the tenancy agreement managed by Foxtons.
