I’m 34, I work full-time in the city and I'm an artist in my spare time. You would be living here with me, and Hannah 31, who works at a university in central London. I'm busy creating in my room most of the time! Hannah has her own ambitions she is chasing and I'm looking for someone of a similar mindset who has their own life but who we get on well with that wants to watch movies, cook dinner or have a few drinks when we are all free. 

I’ve lived here for 3 years now, it’s a lovely area, very leafy and quiet, Dulwich & Sydenham Hill Woods are very close by – you get the best of both worlds as the location is also great for accessing South London, i.e. Brixton, Peckham, East Dulwich and Crystal Palace, all of which I do by bicycle. If you have one of these by the way, there is space to store it, if you don’t mind carrying it up the stairs (!) as we are on the 3rd floor...which leads me to…the little balcony I have with a nice view which you are welcome to make use of, plus a cosy living room, which I use every now and again to catch up on the soaps.

FYI commuting times for Brixton (6 mins), Victoria (15 mins) and Blackfriars (20 mins). Sydenham Hill station is the closest, then you have Gipsy Hill not far away and the Number 3 bus to Oxford Circus which is also a night bus.
