-The rent only includes the water bills and NO OTHER BILLS

-Attentive landlord. If there's an issue with the flat, I take action fast.

WANTED:
-Reliable tenant(s) with a good track record of letting
-ONE MONTH’S DEPOSIT is needed when the let is agreed (this will be placed in the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) upon payment. The DPS will contact you to confirm I have done this).

-ADDITIONALLY, the first month’s rent needs to be paid just before you move in
-Rent needs to be paid by direct debit on a monthly basis and on a mutually agreed date
-A positive employer’s reference
-No pets allowed, or smoking in the flat
