Fox Road is an ideal home for a couple with one or two small children. The property is situated around the corner from Stapleton Road station from which you can get trains to Clifton on the Severn Line, or Temple Meads taking just a few minutes. It is also very close to J3 of the M32. There is plenty of on street parking in this cul de sac. There is a small park and cycle path across the road. It is less than a five minute walk to the popular shops and cafes on St Marks Rd and Stapleton Rd. 
 The property has gas central heating from a combi boiler and double glazing. There is a tiny front garden with space for recycling bins etc and a small enclosed back garden with shrubs and a yard area for sitting out.
On the ground floor the hallway opens onto  a large living room with bay window, wooden floor boards and original iron cast fireplace. The kitchen is also large with space for table and chairs. There is space for a gas or electric cooker, washing machine and fridge or tumble dryer. There is a cupboard pantry and cupboard under the stairs. There is a dog flap in the back door and bike rack on the kitchen wall. The flooring is vinyl.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath but no shower. There are two bedrooms - a large double with double windows overlooking trees across the road, white painted floorboards and original fireplace. There is a further single bedroom with shelving and a storage space or space for a desk at the end of the landing. 
I used to live in this house and found it warm and comfortable with a nice homely atmosphere. Its a great house if you have a dog because of the green space over the road. The current tenants don't have pets but do have a baby. It is unusual in Easton that there are only houses on one side of the road and the road is wide and a cul de sac. Parking is not a problem.
i am listing this property as for a maximum of 5 people - that is because i think it would comfortably accommodate two adults;;a couple  and a maximum of three children where one child was an infant. I don't think it would suit more than two adults sharing.
