Hello,

I am looking for a great flatmate to share a lovely 2 bedroom Victorian flat with a garden,
with one other person (female). The flat is located 5 minutes walk to Raynes Park train station.
I am Anne, the Landlady (I don't live there!) and I am hoping to find a nice person to share with
my existing tenant.

You will have your own private double bedroom, stylishly decorated, with bay window, high ceilings,
double glazing, wood floors, double bed, desk, 2 huge wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, lamps, high
ceilings. You will share living room, kitchen bathroom. The bathroom has bathtub and shower, kitchen
has big fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and tons of storage.
The kitchen leads out to a pretty garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining or a glass of wine.

Aruna, my tenant is a professional lady, in her 30's. She is a sweetie! She works in the Psychology
field for the NHS. She is warm, polite, friendly and considerate. She will respect your space and privacy,
but equally, would enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine. I have been a Landlady for many years, and I
take good care of my properties. The flat is a cozy, warm home, not a sterile rental. It is also not a loud,
crowded party house!

As a Landlady, I need an employed professional non-smoker with references, and Aruna needs someone
who is friendly, mature, kind, considerate, reasonably house-proud and would make a good flatmate.
Aruna has a beautiful cat called Bentley, so animal lover would be great. He is lovely to come home to
after a stressful day at work - lots of purring! Broadband included. Utility bills £50 per month.
