Located in an ultra convenient location a VERY short walk from Raynes Park Station (a few mins by train from Wimbledon). It is very close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. This is also the local David Lloyd leisure centre a stroll away as well as a huge 24 hour Tesco superstore within walking distance. There are brilliant transport links into Wimbledon (3 minutes), Clapham Junction, Waterloo (20 minutes), Kingston and Surbiton. There is also a night bus from Trafalgar Square.

The interior of the house is neutrally decorated, with hard flooring throughout much of the property. This is a comfortable shared lounge for relaxing and a nice sunny garden perfect for summer Bar-B-Q's. The kitchen has the usual mod cons and the house has a modern bathroom, shower room and a separate wc.

There is a LARGE double room available which comes furnished with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. 

You will be sharing with three other friendly, considerate professionals who each do their bit to ensure the house is a welcoming home to return to after a hard day's work!

The rent is excluding bills and one month deposit is required to secure the room.

There is a one off, £20, non refundable fee paid to cover referencing costs.
