You would be moving in with 2 x female housemates. We are not fussy about whether a guy or girl takes Mike's room, as long as we can get along.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Streatham mainline station which is also next to an enormous 24hr Tesco, 20 min walk to Streatham Common station and Streatham Hill station.
We are less than a 10min walk to Streatham common. Also, a short bus ride (or walk if you fancy it) to Tooting common with it's lido.
