Room in a Shared House, Holly Grove, SE15

Large room available in friendly and centrally located Peckham house.

We are looking for a new housemate to take up a room in our large house located just off of Rye Lane, Peckham. The house is laid out over three floors with two bathrooms, living room, a large kitchen and a patio garden. The room itself is situated on the lower floor.

Currently we are four 30 somethings (3 F, 1 M) working variously in the arts, education and social care. You’re most likely to run into us in the kitchen but we are infrequently up for the odd local drink, BBQ or board game.

The area is really well connected and we are two minutes (brisk!) walk from Peckham Rye station.

Bills are not included and are divided up equally – likely to be around £60 up to £80 in winter. ​

I can be out the flat on the 22nd July but can be anytime up to 3rd August for moving in. Whatever works best really. It's a private landlady who is very nice and gets any issues sorted quickly.

Viewings are going to be Tuesday 18th July in the evening.
