The house is on a quiet residential road in Brackenbury Village which has local grocers/newsagents, deli/cafes, an organic butcher, natural healthcentre and gastro pubs. It is just ten minutes from a lovely park (Ravenscourt) and from the river.

The living areas and hall are wooden floored and consist of a separate sitting room with working gas fire and sliding wooden doors onto a dining room. Café style shutters are fitted to the front window.
