The living room has a Victorian balcony with patio doors at the front of the house. The living room also has a quirky tudor/victorian working fireplace for those cold winter nights. Streatham has a newly bustling high street, growing in popularity from all the new bars, restaurants and shops. From the flat, Sainsburys is a pleasant walk across Streatham Common. If you need an emergency pint of milk or bottle of wine, it's an 8 min walk to the large 24/7 Tesco's next to Streatham Station. The nearest doctor's is a 5 min walk away on Valley Road.

Streatham is extremely good for all bus and train transport links. The flat is an 8 min walk to Streatham Station with numerous direct bus links to Brixton and beyond. Streatham Station also has direct train links to London Bridge, Blackfriars, King's Cross and Wimbledon. You can also take a hop/skip, one train stop, to Streatham Common (or a 15 min walk) which gets you on the Clapham Junction for Victoria line.
