Accessed via its own entrance, separate from the main house, the bright and spacious living quarters boast a newly fitted, fully equipped open plan kitchen/living/dining area, alongside a large double bedroom with super-king bed (with a SUPER COMFORTABLE Eve memory foam mattress!!!), lots of storage space, and a dedicated workspace.

High speed internet access (fibre broadband) is available throughout the property, and free off-street parking is provided as standard. We also have an EV charge point available for your convenience (additional fees apply - please enquire).

"The Apartment" includes a large bathroom with a powerful rain shower, washing machine, ironing board etc. An ideal base from which to explore the local area, located a short (5 minute) walk from Folkestone Central station (central London in under an hour), the harbour arm / Creative Quarter (10 minutes).

Please note that whilst every effort has been made to create an environment suitable for all ages, given its basement location, The Apartment is not ideally suited to those with mobility issues, or elderly folk who may require more specialist provision. Do ask us though - we will always do what we can to accommodate your needs.
