Location. The flat is a large three bedroomed maisonette close to Kingston centre, Richmond Park, Norbiton and Kingston railway station and Kingston bus station. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to Kingston centre, Sainsburys or Asda, and Kingston or Norbiton rail stations, and around 5 minutes to walk to Richmond Park. The flat is close to a number of very good local schools.

Transport. Transport links are really good both into London and further afield. The train to Waterloo takes around 20 minutes from Norbiton station. Kingston bus station has buses into London, to Heathrow, and all across south west London. To get to the tube you need to get the train to Wimbledon (10 mins) or the bus to Richmond (15 mins) or Putney Bridge (20 mins). There's lots of opportunity to cycle, walk and run in Richmond Park.
