The room comes with built-in wardrobes and a double bed. Open-plan kitchen/living room with a large sofa and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

This is a 2-bed flat so you will be sharing with one other individual. Only renovated a year ago, this lovely flat is modern and located on a quiet street just off the vibrant area of Green Lanes.

Close proximity to major transport links including Manor House station (10-15min walk), Finsbury Park station (15-20min walk), Harringay and Harringay Green Lanes overground (5 mins walk). Additionally there are regular buses a 2 minute walk away which service the area.

Finsbury Park and Clissold Park are within walking distance and the area has an abundance of grocery shops, cafes and restaurants to keep you entertained.

I am preferably looking for a professional female who is reliable and will take good care of my room/flat whilst I am away.
