Recently touched up, it's the perfect short-term solution for anyone who needs to be close to everything yet somewhere quiet enough to think. Ideal for couples - it was our starter flat and it's been great.
Please note that the house is on the market and whoever moves in will have to be okay with a rolling contract until the place sells. We will operate on a one-month notice basis in the knowledge that an exchange of contracts for a sale could take around three months from offer to completion. If you would like a longer term contract, we're afraid we can't offer you that.
