This is a unique one bedroom end of terrace house which has been decorated to a high standard and is located on a private quiet close. It has its own car parking space directly outside the front door and is a 2 minute walk away from the local supermarket. The local gym and swimming pool is a 5 minutes walk and there are many shops, restaurants, schools and college very close by.
Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre is 15 minutes away by local transport, Walthamstow Central Station is a 5 minute bus ride, Leyton Midland Station is a 5 minute walk and finally Leyton Undeground Station is a 10 minute bus ride.

It boasts a modern kitchen with high end intergrated appliances as well as a water softener which means that there are no issues with lime scale and there is proper drinking water provided saving the costs of bottled water, the bathroom is well designed and has underfloor heating, it has a good quality comfortable fitted bedroom and has room for additional storage in the easy to access loft. The living room downstairs has a wooden floor and did contain high end furnishings, however the present occupiers wanted to use their own furniture as they work from home from time to time therefore if necessary I can easily arrange to reinstall the original furniture which was there.

There is a lovely garden at the back of the house which can be accessed via the side gate entrance or via the back door in the kitchen and although the garden is far bigger than any of my immediate neighbours, it is quite secluded and low maintenance. There are two high security storage sheds at the side of the house where I keep the the lawnmower, trimmer and other garden tools amongst other things, the tenant will also have access and use of the stand alone high quality barbecue and barbecue set as well as an outdoor heater.

There is a security alarm with motion detectors for added peace of mind and a mains powered fire alarm which is also connected to the security system. My main criteria is that I'm looking for is a responsible tenant who will treat this house as a proper home and not just somewhere to live.  In general it is a very nice property to live, warm in the winter, cool in the summer, the immediate  neighbours are very friendly and  it's only my present circumstances that prevent me from living there myself. The tenant will be responsible for utilities including council tax
