We are looking for a third person to join our bright, spacious and modern flat in Bromley-by-Bow. There's three bedrooms with one en-suite and one shared bathroom.  The flat is fully furnished.

We have a roomy kitchen/living room with two sofas, plenty of storage and modern fittings. There's also a roof terrace with benches and a nice view of Canary Wharf and London’s Financial district. The building complex has a free gym and a concierge service to pick up your parcels and deliveries.

The current flatmates are Joel, who works in journalism, and Mark who works in finance. They are both super easy to get along with as they are pretty chilled out. They are  always  available for chat,a drink and a game of cards. You will be replacing Jean who is moving out to join her boyfriend.

The room itself is a large double with an en-suite. It comes with matching bedside tables and a wardrobe but with plenty of space.  The rent is £780 and bills come to just under £100 each (TV licence,water, council tax, electricity, heat, internet and Netflix)

The flat is on the 10th floor of one of the luxurious Barratts Home development - St Andrews buildings located next to Bromley-by-Bow tube station (about 2-3 minute walk) and the rent includes access to the gym. There is also a concierge where you can get parcels delivered to which is very handy. Sainsbury is located on-site &  24 hrs Tesco is also nearby.

Bromley-by-Bow station is only a 3 minute walk away where you can access the Hammersmith and City line. Devons road station and Bow Church station is also close nearby to access the London DLR. Residents can be in Canary Wharf within 15 minutes, Bank within 12 minutes and central London within 20 Minutes.
