The room is well furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table but any of these can be removed (except the built-in wardrobe) if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.

The property itself is a lovely two bedroom house with garden within a few minutes walk of Guildford High Street and London Road Station, and 10mins walk to Guildford Train station and Bus Station.

Overall the house is very well furnished and maintained over three floors with the shared spaces consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, dining area, utilities room and garden (including covered patio area, patio seating/dining and large gas BBQ).
