I am looking for a replacement to finish my contract in this beautiful house. My contract ends on 10th Oct 2017, and can be easily prolonged after agreement with the most awesome landlords you've ever met!
The property is in a wonderful location, in a quiet residential area and has excellent transport links (and a great deal of free parking as well). It is a 5 min walk from Canada water underground and bus station.
In this beautiful and newly renovated house, there are 4 rooms for rent of which 1 is now available for long term rental. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, leaving the other two rooms to share a master bathroom and an additional toilet room.
The room is luxurious, very spacious and fully furnished:

The lounge is cosy and includes a large HD TV and two comfortable sofas. The kitchen is large and has a large fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. A washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher are also present. There is also a garden which can perhaps be used for a BBQ (if the lovely British weather permits)!
All utility bills are split evenly between the tenants (around £37 per tenant per month), this includes Gas, electricity, water, line rental and broadband. COUNCIL TAX IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM. There are no fees or other bills to be paid .
The property is a 5 min walk away from Canada water underground (Jubilee and overground lines) and bus station (PLEASE NOTE: it is 5 mins if you follow the canal as opposed to the route on google maps. I can give further directions on this). And also a 5 min walk from Surrey Quays shopping centre (including a 24 hour Tesco on weekdays).
The property has excellent transport links and is a short journey from central London by underground.
The room is not suitable for couples. Landlords also require a non-smoker.
Please note that the room is available for long term let (normally 12 months). However, subletting is an option if you wish to leave early (which is my case right now), but this is subject to the landlord agreeing with any new tenant.
