As soon as possible weare looking for a single person or a couple (for one double room) to move intoa lovely house in Camberwell.

The house is aGeorgian building with two floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living anddining room, a downstairs toilet and a bright kitchen with access to a sunnyprivate garden, great for summer BBQs. Upstairs is the main bathroom,with bath and very powerful shower, two rented bedrooms (each occupied by oneperson) and the double room available to rent that faces the beautifulAddington Square.

The flat was a family home until very recently so has been kept in greatcondition with vintage mahogany furniture in the bedrooms and the kitchen inparticular is very stylish (black granite work surfaces etc.)

The house is locatedin a conservation area, on a charming and quiet little square, right next tothe huge Burgess Park. This is a beautiful area, with a great communityatmosphere that you can feel amongst the neighbours.

Transport connectionsare great as we are just off the main road (2 min walk),
Camberwell Road / Albany Road, where you can find lots of buses 12 to Oxfordstreet (35 min), 176 to Tottenham Court Road, 68 to Euston, 148 to White City,excellent links to East London with the 35 to Shoreditch (also 24 hours busperfect for nightlife), 40 to Aldgate or 42 to Liverpool Street. It’s a 20 minwalk to Elephant and Castle & Denmark Hill tube stations.

We love the areabecause it has great little cafes and pubs and is very close to Peckham withthe cheapest cinema in town. It's the perfect place in London to live in apeaceful, residential area while remaining close to the city centre.

You'll be sharing withAlex and Jack, two professionals, clean and easy going both working all day, 5days a week.  

We're looking for anindividual or a couple with references available to move in immediately,continuing our current contract until the end of May. From June 1sta new lease will be done, so it is for a mid / long term tenancy.
