We are renting our lovely one bedroom flat in leafy Petherton Road, minutes from Canonbury station and one stop to Highbury & Islington.

We refurbished the flat one year ago and all is in good order, including a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The flat is on the first floor of a terraced house.

Good size rooms with high ceilings and lots of natural light, spacious kitchen and a downstairs bathroom with a big bathtub.

Under 10 minutes walk to Canonbury (Overground) station, well connected East to West and South of London, and a ten minutes bus ride to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) or Manor House stations (Picadilly Lines).

Bus stop into the City (which I use every morning!) is 1 minute away on Green Lanes. In the vicinity, there are several independent pubs, shops, restaurants and the choice of two parks (Highbury Fields and Clissold Park) are within walking distance.

The flat is also within walking distance from the trendy areas of Dalston and Stoke Newington. Angel Islington is also a 15 minutes bus ride away with its array of shops and restaurants, shopping centre, cinemas etc.

The move-in date is 1 August, but we can do earlier too. We are buying a house out of London so our financial arrangements are concluding soon. 

No smokers, DSS or pets please. Bills are not included, on-street residents parking available.

One month's rent and six weeks deposit in advance required, as is full identification and proof of income.
