Room in a Shared House, London, SE6

We have a small double room available in our beautiful just-renovated all-girls house available. 

Sadly our existing housemate is moving in with her boyfriend to which means we are on the hunt for a lovely lady to come join us :)

The price includes ALL BILLS, COUNCIL TAX, BROADBAND and A CLEANER! The only additional costs are a deposit required of £664.61 and an initial rent of £760, followed by a monthly rent of £530. 

The room: The room is a small double room furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table and a separate large chest of drawers and large storage area in the eaves of the house for even more storage if you need it!

The house: The house is a large town house with high ceilings, wooden flooring throughout, and some great extras including:
- Nice garden at the back, perfect for summer BBQs and sunbathing with a glass of Pimms :)
- Dining area
- Large wine cellar :-)
- Lockable shed for bike storage etc
- On street permit parking

You really have to see the house to realise how great it is :) We have a large, brand new kitchen with breakfast bar, two fridges, washing machine, large duel oven and cooker and dishwasher. There's also a large, welcoming living room - diner with a widescreen TV and sofas, and dining table in the dining room for when friends are over for dinner :)

Bathrooms: There is one ensuite room on the top floor so 4 of us share the other two bathrooms (both modern with new showers installed). We are all on a slightly different schedule, and so queues are no problem in the morning.

Meet the housemates:
Anna - 31 yrs old, civil engineer
Becca - 31 yrs old, psychologist
Lauren - 32 yrs old, legal cashier

Obviously everyone has their own life, but we're a really friendly and supportive household, and all enjoy cooking together, having a drink, and relaxing in the evening.

Transport: The house is near to a zone 2 transport hub (Lewisham station), with DLR and National Rail services. There's a close and convenient bus
stop nearby with bus numbers 75, 54, 185 and 136 which come every 5-10 mins, going straight to the station. From Lewisham station its only 12 mins to London Bridge, 15 to Waterloo and 18 to Charing Cross or 24 to Victoria making commuting to central London easy. Catford Bridge and Hither Green station are also just 12 minute walks from the house for even more options during rush hour :)

The area: The house is a 4 min walk from supermarkets, and close to picturesque Blackheath and fun Greenwich - perfect for days in the park, restaurants and nights out. It is also close to central Lewisham with a thriving daily fruit and veg market and plenty of clothes shops, and close to Catford with some great up-and-coming bars.

Lewisham Hospital is a 5 minute walk so perfect for anyone who works / trains at the hospital and is looking for somewhere close by to call home!

Other stuff you should know:
- The house is a smoke free zone.
- Guests are no problem (boyfriends, friends, family), and as a household we have a chilled out approach.
- The general rule is on week nights everyone makes an effort to be reasonably quiet when coming in late (you never know who has an 8am meeting), but Fri and Sat are fun nights!
- A cleaner comes once per week and does the communal areas (included in the room price)
