Beautifully designed and newly refurbished three double bedroom terraced property set in the vicinity of Walthamstow Village; a very short 30 second stroll to the bus stop from where you can access Leyton/Lea Bridge/Walthamstow Central station (none more than a 7-10min journey). The property is set upon two floors, boasts light filled rooms, a tasteful decor and beautiful features such as carefully restored original large sash windows. The kitchen, modern and retro in its design, boasts new appliances and space enough to dine. The garden is an ideal size for a summer BBQ and perfect for relaxing on a summer's day. If you're a flower or a plant lover, you will love the garden. On the ground floor there is a light filled reception with a large window bay, a kitchen/diner, bathroom and two storage cupboards. On the first floor there are three bright double bedrooms. Available from June 25th 2017.
A WORD FROM TOM................... (Previous tenant for the last 17 years)
"I've loved living in Elm over the last seventeen years. We've built up a friendly and strong community spirit, a very peaceful and quiet road with lovely neighbours all around. I have treated the house like my own home and never had any problems with the landlord. It's a lovely feeling to bump into neighbours on the way to and from work. You have the diversity of London with the friendliness of a village. Within the house itself, there's sunshine throughout the year and I designed the garden myself with mosaic and glass tiles that reflect the sunshine and coupled with colourful flowers it looks awesome at the least. With local amenities that include parks, leisure centres, gyms; a short walk to Walthamstow Village and a bike ride away to the Olympic Village it's a great place to live. I will miss it."
