- House shared by young professionals, between 23 and 35 years old. Maturer student welcome. Living-out accredited landlord managing property, who reacts quickly to any problem in the house.
- Single room, fully furnished, ample storage space (also added storage place outside the room), looking onto back garden. Single bed, but landlord open to remove the desk, deskchair and chest of drawers and put small double bed if the person wishes to do so. 
- Very homely, well maintained house (weekly cleaning of part of communal areas), EPC grade D.
- Open plan kitchen - dining room - sitting room with TV for communal use.
- Two bathrooms.
- All modern appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, freezer, etc.

- Good location: very well served by public transport, walking distance of three underground stations (Northwick Park, Preston Road, and South Kenton)  serving not less than three lines, i.e. the Bakerloo Line, the Metropolitan Line and the London Overground). Only 15 minutes metro ride to Central London (Baker Street tube station). The park is only five minutes away, as are Northwick Park Hospital and the Harrow campus of Westminster Uni. 
- There are also great shopping facilities in the area: local shops and coffee shops near the underground stations besides high street shops in Harrow Town Centre,  the iconic fashion design outlet in Wembley Park, and a short bus ride away with bus 223, that stops just around the corner, brings you to Ikea and Brent shopping Centre in no time.

- Extra charges? All bills are included in the rent, but there is a cap on a generous allowance for water, gas and electricity bill in the rent  and if you used less than the allowance, you get refunded the difference!
