There is easy access to the M40.
Shops: There is a convenience store, butchers and dry cleaners on Strand on the Green and a Sainsbury’s Local and Costa Coffee at Kew Bridge. Cafe Rouge, Strand Cafe and Annie’s are all good local restaurants. There are three pubs in close walkingdistance along Strand on the Green – the closest is the Bell & Crown whichis at the end of Pyrmont Road a few doors away. The Bulls Head and City Barge are a short walk along the river. For a larger selection of shops andrestaurants, Chiswick High Road is 20 minutes walk away, or reachable by local bus, as is Richmond.
Parks: Kew Gardens is just across Kew Bridge. Syon Park is a short distance away inIsleworth. Chiswick Park is a 15 minute walk.
