Room in a Shared Flat, Block 3, E1

Hi!
I've moved out of my beautiful premium en suite room in Liberty Plaza and its up for grabs! The rooms are very well done up, have ample storage , especially for us girls and our love for shopping! Each room comes with its own flat screen TV, desk, central heating and cooling, en suite bathroom , limitless wi-fi (score!) and a view that overlooks a very nicely manicured courtyard. The rooms are fairly soundproof if you want to call it a night early, and very very safe. You would also get free 24hr access to the gym, 24hr concierge services and parcel collection, bicycle storage and a launderette. All your suitcases, should you want to can be stored in cages in the basement.

The kitchen is fully equipped with very modern fittings and appliances. It has a large fridge and freezer, electronic hobs, a microwave and oven, comfortable seating area and a dining table as well. each of the flatmates gets a separate cupboard for their groceries should you need one. You are also provided with a vacuum cleaner and the accommodation provides cleaning services as well for a small fee.

There is also a large common room, with individual booths for you to study, a pool table, a foosball table and a vending machine for your midnight cravings. The accommodation is a few seconds away by foot from Aldgate East Tube Station. For those of you who may have part time jobs and come home late, getting home would be a cakewalk. You are also surrounded by very quaint pubs, a pizza union, and a Sainsbury's just as you walk out of the building. I say these things because they're important!

The staff is ridiculously friendly and warm and extremely helpful. The courtyard is where, I promise you, you will make some of the nicest friends, just like I did. Its a very welcoming environment. You can have guests over at the accommodation without any hassle. I cannot emphasize enough, how safe it is. My flatmates are lovely and I'm sure you will enjoy their company.

The room is priced at 250 pounds a week with all that I've mentioned above, but I'm willing to let it at 235. The price is negotiable. If interested, please feel free to get in touch with me!
