A lovely one bedroom, furnished flat with a spacious balcony. Sunny and light, excellent transport links. On the second floor of a three-storey block in Whitechapel with a long balcony overlooking communal gardens.

• Great size. Newly refurbished and redecorated, with an open plan kitchen and dining area, a very large walk-in storage room for clothes, shoes, bags etc, one good-sized double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. 

• Well-Furnished. The flat is very well-equipped; the contemporary kitchen has a dishwasher, washing-machine and large fridge freezer.  The bedroom has a full-length mirror/storage unit and a double bed with a good memory foam mattress. The walk-in storage room has hanging rails and shelving units. The bathroom has a new fittings, rails and is beautifully tiled. The sitting room has a sofa and a TV table, there is an aerial point which is connected to Freeview, and there is a small dining table with four chairs.
  
  
• Outside Space. A long balcony along the entire back of the flat provides a lovely seating area and has room for plants. There's a swing seat and a table and chairs and the balcony overlooks the gardens at the back, with trees and plants below.

• Warm in winter. This low-rise block is maintained by the local authority and heating is on a central mechanism so is included in the rental price. It's a very warm flat in winter. 
  
  
• Light and Sunny One wall across the sitting room and kitchen area is a long window onto a balcony. So the whole flat is very light and sunny, the balcony is south facing and has a swing seat.

• Transport. It's a brilliantly connected location; Whitechapel tube station is a six minute walk away (Zone 2), Aldgate East (Zone 1) is a ten minute walk away, the DLR and Overground (orange line) are four minutes away at Shadwell. There are buses from the end of the road into Central London and around.  

• Nearby There is a great market two minutes away (Watney St market), a fabulous cinema (Genesis) a six minute walk away on Whitechapel Rd and an increasing number of great restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. Taayabs is just down the road. Brick Lane is a ten minute walk away. There's a library, gym, boxing gym and Sainsbury's all within a few minutes walk.

• Parking; you can apply to the local council for a private parking space at the bottom of the flats. These are quite cheap. They used to be around £9 a month I'm not sure how much they are now. Otherwise there is on street parking which is quite expensive and runs from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm and is free at weekends.
  

I notice that the picture on Google map was taken when the flats had scaffolding up to refurbish the roof - all the scaffolding has gone now.
