The room is a really good size, we have a small kitchen, no lounge, but it is a beautiful flat and very affordable. Jack has been here for over two years. All the bills are included in the rent.
The owner runs a small management company which operates privately from Mare Street round the corner and we have a very close relationship. No agency Fees!
Begum is his assistant who is helping us to schedule the viewings.
