The property is on the border of Zone 1/2 and is 5 minutes walk from Limehouse (DLR)  it's very handy for any of the universities in central and eastern sides of London e.g. Queen Mary, London Metropolitan are both around 15-20 mins walk. It's also of course really handy for working in London itself. 

The room for rent is a double room containing a single bed and there's plenty of storage with two double wardrobes and a five drawer chest.  There's also unlimited broadband available throughout the property and it's very easy to maintain especially with the easy to clean laminate flooring.

The property as a whole has a shared kitchen/diner, a bathroom with shower, central heating and laminate flooring throughout as well as a decent sized rear garden. There are plenty of shops, eating, drinking and entertainment places within a few minutes walk. Parking isn't an issue and bus stops across the road provide easy access to public transport in addition to the short walk to the Limehouse DLR tube station.

The tenancy period is for 6 months renewable but can be for longer if required.  The bills for Gas, Electric, Water and Broadband are included in the rent.
