A wonderful two bedroom house located in this enviable situation, just moments from Sevenoaks High Street and the train station. The accommodation comprises a sitting room, separate dining area which leads through to the kitchen and out to a pretty garden (raised up a number of steps). Upstairs are two double bedrooms (one smaller but possible to have a small double bedrooms in) and a newly refurbished bathroom. The property is available immediately and is offered unfurnished. Ideally this would suit a couple, two sharers or to use the second bedroom for a child. Maximum occupants would be 3 people.
