I am looking for an individual or a couple for an arrangement where I can still use the second bedroom from time to time (probably about 15-30 nights a year). The rest of the time you will have the whole two bedroom flat to yourself and you are welcome to have friends/family stay in the spare room on occasion of course. I will give notice when I'm coming to stay but you will be responsible for all bills besides council tax and water which will be shared equally between myself and you.
