It’s a proper tenancy takeover, so everything will go through the landlord—I’m not charging anything personally, you’ll just be paying rent for the months you stay.

Rent is £239 a week (bills included), and the flat is fully furnished with a washing machine, personal shower, TV, sofa, table, and chairs. There’s also parking available. I’ve been living here for a year, and it’s been a really solid place—quiet, no noisy neighbors, and just a 15-20 min walk to uni. Plus, it’s spacious enough to have friends over if you ever want to.
