A double bedroom for rent in a nice & clean house very close to Hounslow treaty centre & high street, train stations, bus stops to London and Heathrow Airport .

There is only one (European) couple tenant in the house in their en-suit (they don't share bath/toilet) and myself who rarely attend the house, so the new tenant will share the second bath/toilet only with me, we both full time workers & the house is quite all the time.

We prefer people who can keep the house environment safe & peaceful
(the rent for couples is £700)

I am looking for a working people & won't accept DSS, children & pets.

The house is big with a spacious sitting/dining room, a big garden & the room just been painted. with high speed broadband

The kitchen has a cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vacuum hoover, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 fridges (one for the new tenant) and a freezer....

All bills included (water, electric, gas, wifi, council tax)

This room was rented for £550 for the last three years but we reduced it to £500 now to match the right tenant
