The Flat
The flat was just refurbished two years ago and is split over two floors. There is an open plan kitchen / living room with a solid wood dining table and benches, a modern kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, espresso machine, nutribullet and washing machine etc.
The living area has a sofa, a wide screen tv, PS4 with NETFLIX and SKY TV, a bookshelf and powerful bluetooth speakers.
There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the flat. You only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
Lastly there is a balcony / patio at the back of the property with a great view of the Canary Wharf skyline. It's an ideal place to chill in good weather and have a smoke, BBQ and admire the view.
The Room
The room on offer has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a rug and a desk. It's south facing so its nice and bright during the day and quiet at night away from the main road. To save space, the wardrobe is located just outside the bedroom in the hallway.
Location
The Roman Road area has a wide variety of shops, cafes and pubs as well as a street market a short stroll away. The lovely Victoria Park is only 5 minutes walking distance as well as Mile End Park and Regent's Canal.
The night-time meccas of Shoreditch, Dalston and Hackney Wick are also nearby if you enjoy a night out.
Transport
The nearest station is Mile End (Central, District and Hammersmith & City Lines)which is a 10-15 minute walk. Bethnal Green Station is also nearby and is a 15-20 minute walk or a short bus ride.
There are several bus routes that operate near the flat that will take you into Central London, Shoreditch / Liverpool Street or Hackney and Stratford going East.
The National Express Coach to Stansted Airport also stops at Mile End.
