Fully furnished 3 bed 1880s cottage in beautiful cul-de-sac off Brixton Hill.  Front and back gardens, kitchen, dining room and lounge on ground floor.  Two bedrooms and main bathroom on 1st floor.  Attic conversion with shower room on top floor.

These photos are from before we moved out, so all our trinkets and stuff are in them.  The walls are all mainly painted white now - not how I would have them if we lived there, but better for rental as not everyone's tastes match mine!  What I'm trying to say is, you get an idea of the space from these pics but try to ignore the colours and soft furnishings. 
I live with my partner and kids in the Peak District.  Although it feels a bit far away, we want to keep renting privately rather than through letting agencies because it keeps costs down for both sides, and also because it's very important to me that I have a direct relationship with tenants.  I'm available 24/7 for calls, texts, emails and i hope my current tenants would confirm that I respond quickly to address any urgent issues in the house.
