A few of the current housemates are moving out to live together (a reflection of the harmony in the house!).

There is one remaining room available (the others have been let), which is a large ensuite double room, is available from late April. The room is for single occupancy only, has its own bathroom, and are sized at approximately 12 square metres.

The house is very close to the river Thames, has four bedrooms in total (each with its own bathroom or ensuite); it has a shared living room and kitchen area, along with a garage and loft for additional storage. There's also a garden at the back for barbeques, and is nice and pleasant to relax in.

Spectacular views of Tower Bridge are within less than 50 metres from the house. The area has a new Sainsbury, Tesco, and is rich in culture and history (the Mayflower pub is close by, which was the original mooring point of the Pilgrim Fathers' Mayflower ship back in the 16th century).

The current housemates are young professionals in their 20s and 30s, from a range of British and international backgrounds, so the conversations are fairly interesting, and are very clean and tidy. We would be looking for someone with a similar profile to replace the housemates who are moving out.

All bills are included in the rent. Superfast Virgin Media fibre-optic broadband is also included. 42 inch TV in the living room area, along with plenty of space for food storage in multiple fridges and freezers.
