we focus on ensuring that we place tenants with other tenants that they are going to get along with. For this reason we have never had a tenant leave because of not enjoying the vibe of our houses.
We currently have 4 really lovely modern rooms becoming available in a newly refurbished house in Central Chelmsford. We are now taking bookings for viewings (both daytime and evenings). All of our houses are decorated and furnished to feel like homes rather than just rentals. The property is only a 5 minute walk from Chelmsford centre and the train station. (a true 5 minutes).
Currently available are:
1) 3 large newly decorated double rooms, all mod cons, Shared kitchen, dining room & lounge (tv and cable), Large Garden and BBQ area, parking and storage, The room is fully furnished with solid modern furniture (or can be rented as unfurnished). The rent is £114 per week inclusive of all bills, Firbe Optic Broadband, SKY TV or Virgin Tv in the communal area and a Weekly Cleaner provided.
2) A lovely modern double room with its own full ensuite bathroom, in the same house as above, shared kitchen, dining room & lounge (tv and Sky or Virgin), Large Garden and BBQ area, parking and storage, Fibre Optic Broadband and a Weekly Cleaner, plus all mod cons. The room is fully furnished with solid pine furniture (can be rented as unfurnished) at £128 per week include of all bills.
3) A lovely single / small double room with all amenities as described above at only £100 per week inclusive of all bills.
