Tenants will benefit from a quality property that has had a no expense spared approach and a landlord who has put the tenant first when developing the property.

Such measures include voluntary employing a Fire Safety consultant who served the local Fire Brigade during his career to provide recommendations for the welfare of the occupants.

We followed the advice and installed fire rated doors, smoke strips, interlinked detectors, emergency lighting and provided firefighting equipment such as extinguishers on each floor.

Note, there was no legislation dictating these measure, we did them as we felt it was the right thing to do.

We also took care of other hidden, but hazardous materials such as lead water supplies have been completely removed throughout the property including the main incoming water supply.

We also installed other physical and Electronic security measures such as CCTV.

Importantly, the property is not a regular house that has simply been divided up for a rent per room purposes; instead, it has been taken back to bricks, and each room remodelled to accommodate the needs of individuals sharing.

The property is highly maintained with a history of prompt attention and resolution to any defects.

For example, in the summer of 2016, the dryer developed a fault - it was replaced with a new machine without delay. Over the Christmas period 2016/2017, a mixer tap would not stop running - the repair was the same day. During our maintenance visit, we noticed a few failed lamps, so we replaced them even though it was the tenant's responsibility.
